Looks about right.
Couple things IMO.
CC, CMW, and AJ will consistently be the top 3 due to their veteran-ism and the fact that they're being paid more.
I doubt Romine will be quite ready in 2010; probably Posada/Cervelli for one year.
Jackson will most likely not have the ideal skill-set for a lead-off hitter at that point either. Preferably someone with a more advanced approach. Hopefully Damon would re-sign for 1 more year. Or Crawford's option isn't picked up.
Also, what happens to Posada and Romine in '11?

I suppose that CMW and AJ could stay up at the top, but I moved them down because they won't deserve those top spots, and Hughes and Joba will. You're probably right on the development of Romine, he might take another year. I had the Yanks picking up Joe Mauer, because well, we're the Yankees. And so I figured Romine would either be pushed to a bench role or be put in a trade. Posada would most likely have to take a bench role if someone like Mauer were to come along, or if Montero or Romine could be an effective catcher. With my prediction of Mauer, Montero, and Tex at C, DH, and 1st, Posada would be out of a spot, and would probably be a back-up catcher who plays DH and first on occasion. Jackson most likely won't have the OBP to bat leadoff, but we have no one else with good speed, so I figure Girardi would prefer to have a stolen base threat at leadoff than someone slow.

Your biggest flaw is Jackson is a pwer hitter, there is no way the Yankees are going to have him bat lead-off.
